What you submit here is sent as an email to info@vercagroup.co. Your name, organisation and email address are not written to a database. The institution does keep an internal record of the date, the track and a short summary of the dispute, so that it can see how many enquiries arrive and which tracks are used, together with an anonymous record of visits to this form and the website that referred you. Your dispute description is sent to an artificial intelligence service only to suggest a track and prepare a draft, and it is not stored there or used to train a model.
